The Calfkiller Pedestrian Bridge project in Sparta, Tennessee included construction of two large concrete bridge abutments, one on each side of the river, and placement of a pedestrian bridge. Visitors to the Carter Street Park are able to use the new bridge to cross the Calfkiller River and will eventually be able to access a walking trail on the other side.
